Informative Applications
The Trakpro Plus mobile application is designed to work with your Trakpro Fleet account. Using either your iOS or Android based device, you will be able to monitor your fleet any time.
This mobile application shows you the critical information in the palm of your hands, allowing you to monitor your fleet remotely wherever in the world you may be. Features such as; current vehicle location, battery level, internal battery back up level, satellite strength and network strength are available on the app.
Applications
Trakpro’s versatile Monitoring Platform allows for various applications and telematic operations.
We have designed Trakpro’s interface to be user friendly and easy to use. Each option is easily accessible through our menu options and our interface can be customised to suit your requirements.
Dashboard
The dashboard is a monitoring platform that provides a summary of vehicles status that are designed for quick viewing. It shows the fleet’s movement status, fuel consumption, working time, notifications or alerts, violations and total mileage.
Notifications
Trakpro monitoring system allows you to constantly monitor units even in cases where you do not have a computer nearby or Internet access. You can send notifications via both e-mail and SMS messages. Unauthorized movement of the unit, when it is supposed to be in the parking lot, exceeding the speed limit in a certain Geosites, etc. – notifications of these actions will allow controlling the activity of the unit without constant analysis and data monitoring.
Tracks
Use Tracks to recreate the route of the movement of the unit for a certain interval in the form of a track and to project it onto the map.
Personnel
This feature allows you to create a list of drivers employed by the company. Any of the drivers can be assigned to a specific unit, that is, be attributed to the vehicle. Thishelps to analyze the quality of the employee’s work and performance of his/her job duties with the help of reports.
Reports and Graphs
Generate an extensive set of reports under pre-set parameters. Reports can be used to justify the drivers’ wages formation, fuel consumption accounting and other operations related to accounting.
Maintenance
This feature helps in tracking whether the unit has undergone maintenance, as well as to warn about planned and overdue maintenance.
Geosites
The Geosites are a virtually specified area on the electronic map of the system.
