About US

How it all began…

Trakpro was born out of a need to help businesses run their security needs more efficiently through the use of technology by providing the latest innovations in fleet management systems and driver safety and behaviour.

We first entered the PNG market in 2012, Trakpro has been installing and servicing many assets around Papua New Guinea . Our products are easy to use, scalable to suit small businesses through to multinationals, and operable over a variety of applications and industries.

As a 100% PNG owned company, we are focused on growing a local skills base and providing employment opportunities through recognising gender diversity in the workplace and career pathways for trainees and apprentices straight from our schools.

Trakpro also gives back to the community through supporting domestic violence programs, charities and junior development and assisting with education fees for students in need and providing funds to help build the schools in which they study.

Our mission is to help PNG business, and in turn, help the people who create the futures for our children and our country.

Our Charity Work

Trakpro has a deep and long-standing commitment to the communities we work within, and through our parent company JMart, help those in need and support community organisations that facilitate young people in sport and personal development opportunities.

This is facilitated through the charity JMart Helping Hands, which started as Paradise for Kids before amalgamating with Trakpro’s Fuzzy Wuzzy Angels and other charities in the JMart group of companies under the guidance of owner Justin Tan.

Our main focus since its incorporation in 2020 is its to improve the lives of unfortunate individuals and families through financial assistance and the donation of much-needed goods and equipment.

This has included the recent donation of beds to the Port Moresby General Hospital and regional clinics, and the isolation wards for the National Department of Health during covid.

JMart Helping Hand gives back to the community through supporting survivors of domestic violence, disability programs, cancer charities, St. Johns Ambulance, iCare4U, and the Lae Lioness Club just to name a few, and assists with education fees for unfortunate students, and provides funds to help build the schools in which they study, as well children shelters for homeless kids.

The charity has also taken the lead with Magna Carta PNG, a newly formed and registered NGO group whose main focus is on human rights and the awareness and advocacy to engage responsibilities in order to secure these rights. We are happy to work with individuals, partners, churches as well as agencies to empower and address human rights issues. and will continue to support a number of community organisations throughout the year with food, clothes, books, and housing.

As a 100% PNG owned company, our mission is to work with PNG business and NGOs, and in turn help the people who create the futures for our children and our country in a safe environment.
